<>I took your suggestions and some other things and presented them to my Monday Night Ladies league in the form of a survey.  There were seven things we come up with.  The B-day announcements, music, the noise makers, a 50/50 raffle, a strike pot, the celebration of "Bowling Day", and the acknowledgement of perfect attendance.  47/60 of my bowlers voted and at least 30 of them approved each idea!  So, in a couple of weeks when we have our banquet, we will actually vote on the ideas, and I believe we will be on our way to fun Monday nights (and hopefully recruit more bowlers)!  By the way, the music and the noise makers were the ideas that had the least approval.  Thanks much for your suggestions!

    Here is my problem. I am the Vice President of my Monday Night Ladies League. We are down to 12 teams in a 16 lane house because my league is notorious for being (let's just say) "uptight"! We have a lot of older women that want everything to be quiet and proper, but on the other hand a lot of others that want fun and are threatening to leave if we don't do something about it. Therefore, I am looking for ideas to make my league a more "fun" league. 
    We are already planning on voting to allow music on league night, are planning to announce bowlers birthdays for the week to make it a little more personal, and I got an idea for placing "noise makers" on each table to be used when someone bowls a strike or makes a split conversion.
    Those are the ideas I've gotten already, does anyone have any other suggestions? I would sure appreciate it!
